About Us

With 20+ years of experience, I am a qualified teacher who believes in a nurturing environment for shaping children’s futures. My success as an 11+ mentor(tutor) is rooted in regular communication with parents, well-structured interactive sessions, and bespoke assessments,  resulting in a success rate of over 95% every year. Additionally, ensuring the safety and well-being of my students is of utmost importance to me, which is why I hold a current DBS certificate.

I have an intuitive understanding of the joys, challenges, and sacrifices that come along with the 11+ journey as I have been through this arduous entrance process myself as a parent with my children. I started my 11+ journey in 2008 to support my son and later helped my daughter prepare for the 11 plus grammar school exams. I helped them to secure their places at Queen Elizabeth Boys (QE Boys) School and Henrietta Barnett School (HBS). My former experience as a teacher and personal 11+ journey motivated me to support other parents and their children on this path so that they too can achieve success.

Bringing many years of teaching experience from previous roles, I founded Blossom Shaping Futures with a mission to empower students to achieve their full potential. I believe that establishing a strong relationship with parents is just as important as providing quality education to my students. I understand that parents are an integral part of their child’s learning journey, and I strive to create a supportive and collaborative environment where they feel valued and connected.
